First of all based on preseason form there is absolutely no way Chelsea can beat Liverpool in the Community shield this sunday.
Now that we got that out of the way.
Anybody that follows college football either knows who or knows of Maurice Clarett. If you don't remember who he is, he was most likely running over your favorite big ten team in th 02-03 season, for Ohio State(BOOOOO!!!!). Honestly this is one of the saddest stories I have ever heard. First, he leaves Ohio State for the NFL after his freshman year, but due to the age rule in the NFL he did not make it to the league. Secondly, He makes the mistake of not returning to Ohio State, my mother always said an idle mind is the devils workshop. I was dissapointed, and alot of people doubted his chances of being drafted, but I knew someone would take a chance on him in the NFL. Then more trouble surfaced he falsified a police report while at Ohio State reporting thing stolen from his vehicle that weren't. Sigh, Who cares this kid could have won the heisman. Finally, the draft comes along and in the third round the Denver Broncos take Maurice Clarett, of course, I am basking in my glory and I told you so's. Sure enough though Maurice lets me and everyone else who were basking in their glory down, he is overwight when he arrives to camp and is cut from the Denver Broncos. While my glory comes to an end, we all are gobsmacked(c) that Clarett is charged with aggravated assault in January 06'. At this point what can you say another African-American male chasing the dream of the NFL riches and fame falls by the way side. Then this week the moment that almost made me sick. Clarett is arrested early Wednesday morning after resisting arrest, and being found with four guns, a hatchet, and a half full bottle of vodka. He was arraigned on charges Thursday and bond was set at $5 million dollars as Clarett is considered a threat to society. In my opinion not only is he a threat to society but himself, the kid really needs some help. Judging by this story you would think that Clarett is 27, but no he is only 22. I am so dissapointed in the talent that was wasted here, this kid was considered the Lebron James of football. Why did this happen? Because once he got off the bandwagon no one cared. Ohio State abandoned him once he left, the NFL did not care anymore after he was cut, and all society gets is another African-American male with no education in the streets. I don't only hold those at Ohio State and in the NFL responsible but where was his family. There was noone there to slap him on the back of the head and say "get it together Maurice, you have an oppurtunity that not everyone has." I don't know what people will take from this, another star fallen by the way side, an absolute idiot who is getting what he deserves, or just another criminal. All i know is that if someone does not intervene and help him soon, things will be alot uglier when he gets out of prison.

today: i slept from 12:00-12:05pm very healthy, my original plan was to sit around all day and indulge in tons of ice cream, but that only lasted about 7 hours, because i ran out of ice cream, so i went to media play with zach and nicole, then went to noras graduation party, keri was there, and i knew if it was gonna be akward it was gonna be on me. so i was able to make it through without acting like anything is wrong. Zach took a l ot of nora confetti then we left. I came home to get my wallet(which has my lisscense in it). Then i went to noras after pool party at her aunts, but that was after a stop at Strohs to indulge in more ice cream courtsey of my girl blue, jessie was there too, they look buff from scooping all that ice cream. So at the pool party, anne and gina were there which meant tons of sexual inuendos, and then it was keri round 2, once again i maintained my composure and acted as if everything was normal, which at the end of the day made her happy, which means its much easier for me to deal with this whole thing.
"Sigh" all that in one day
